Stryk's Dairy is a state-inspected, pasture-based, dairy operation in Schulenburg, TX. They offer a variety of raw milk products including raw milk and raw cheeses. Not only do we buy all of our milk for our family from them, but we also get whey for our pigs from their dairy as well. It has truly been a blessing getting to know them and their farm.

If your area delivery, or if you have a farm pickup scheduled, during these weeks and are also ordering Yonder Way Farm products, we are happy to pick up your milk for you.  Please note, we only pick up milk; not cheese, cream or other Stryk Dairy products.

Raw Milk Pick-Up Dates:

May 31st

June 14th

July 12th

July 26th

Raw milk must be pre-ordered and pre-paid prior to pick up. This allows us to be compliant with state laws governing the sale of raw milk.  Yonder Way Farm cannot stock milk from Stryk's Dairy to be sold on our farm, but we can pick up for our farm customers who pre-order and pre-pay. 

Order deadline - the Saturday at 6:00 p.m. prior to dairy pickup.

Shelf life - 2 weeks.

Price per Gallon- $8

Important Note ** Due to transport space and cooling requirements, milk orders cannot be more than 20% of your Yonder Way Farm order.  Milk orders greater than this will be adjusted accordingly.

How to order milk:  

1.) Click on the "ORDER MEAT HERE" link located on our home page under Pastured Products.

2.) Complete your information.  Sections include eggs, pork, beef, chicken and milk.

3.) Once your order is packaged, an email will follow giving specific weights along with a total due.
