Recently, the chicken processing facility that we have used for years went out of business in Fall of 2022. For this reason, we have momentarily stopped raising broilers for the time being until we can find a state inspected processing facility that we are comfortable with working with and using.
Our chicken inventory is mostly sold out with the exception of a few cuts that are still available. We are working to be able to offer chicken in the future. But, we wanted to be transparent with you as to why our chicken is predominately sold out and the reasoning behind it.
In the meantime, we do have other wonderful offerings for you to consider ordering that our farm raises- grass-fed beef, pastured pork, pastured, lamb, and other artisan goods.
