1 whole chicken

3 carrots- cut in half

3 celery- cut in half

1 whole onion cut in half

2 tbsp pink salt (adjust to your liking)

Put all of your ingredients in an Instant pot. Fill up to fill line with water. Manual normal pressure for 3 hours.
